Today in my study hall I was thinking about a 250r that my dad's friend owns when I thought of something, If (god forbid) the blood-sucking layers start pressing charges against the ATV companies again, that maybe 400ex's would start to become like 250r's are today about ten years from now. If the law-suits start to get bad and another ban on racing atv's is iminent, I might have to get a few 400ex's to store for a few years...

 

Store a couple of Banshees, you'll be a lot better off.

Don't worry about it. Most of the lawsuits have been fought and are over with. They're after other people now, like the watercraft and snowmobiles. Go back to studying. I'm thinking about going back to work. Maybe, maybe not.

 

well I hope not......but I already know somewhere here who has been killed on a 400ex.....it sucks....

 

Yes, store the Banshees - THEY will be much better off. That way they can't get beaten by the 250R's & 400EX's, like they did this last weekend at Mom's Mountain MX track.
