Default ITP Mud lites on a Rancher AT

My 05 Rancher AT 400 has 24s for stock tires . I want to get the ITP mud lites with the C series rim. Will 25s or 26s effect the performance of my quad much? I don't think i can even get the mud lites in 24.

you can get them in 24, i know i almost bought them, im told not to go bigger then 25 for the rancher, i have 25 dirt devils waiting to be put on, although i would say look at the dirt devil, if you ride a ton of hard pack, a guy has 500 miles on 26 muds on a girzz and the rear has considerable loss to the front, the dirt devil is supposly of a much hard rubber, i don't know thats what they say

We have the 25inch Mudlites with the large lugs on ours and no problems what so ever. Cant tell any power loss at all and it goes everywhere you put it. As a matter of fact, the Rancher AT is the only one of the bunch that hasnt been stuck yet. The Mudlites are an awesome tire. Some people say they dont last long, mine on the Foreman have close to 1000 miles on them now in 5 months and show very little wear at all. As far as the mudlites on the Rancher AT, we will probably go with the 26inch next time to gain a little more ground clearance.

26" Mudlites will be fine for your 400 rancher, they are a very light tire. I run 26" Gators on my 350 Rancher and it loves them. I wouldn't worry too much about hindering performance with the 26" Mulite
