Either the Raptor or the 450R should make a good trail machine.
If you are wanting to use the 450R for trails, I would HIGHLY recommend going down one size on the front sprocket. They are EXTREMELY tall geared, especially for trails![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]

 

When im 15 and can get a job thats what im going to get. Unless they come out with somthing better!!!

 

I would think that your 250EX is also an excellent trail machine.
Do you not like it for trails?

 

i just want something tht halls *** it realy doesn't whether not its a trail bike anymore i just want everyones opinion on the 450r tht would be great

 

I have ridden mine on trails only so far.. It's an awesome machine. Handling is top notch. Like someone else recommended, drop a tooth up front an you're ready to roll....

 

yea i agree with lonestar drop a tooth and you will be ready to go,,,,,,i love mine and ive only had it 2 days,,,lol,,,
