What else can I do to my 400ex?
I have a 2003 400ex with the parts in my signature, what else can I do to get some more torque? I am a really really light person and its hard for my to pop wheelies, I have to go in the very very bottom of second and pull back as hard as I can it it will pop up, but by then I am at the top of the gear. Any help is appreciated

Cam and higher compression piston maybe - or you could start boring it. You've really done all you can do with bolt on's - time to crack the top end open if you want more. Might be able to change out your sprocket and that would give it a little more bottom end. Sure someone else has some ideas on that.

The 400ex is the king of wheelies. If you're having a hard time doing wheelies on a 400ex, even if it was stock, I don't think that there are any parts that you can bolt on that will make you more able to do wheelies. However, there is a boat load of things that you can do to get more torque. If you do not mind losing some top end I would go one tooth smaller on your front sprocket. That will make a really big difference. You could also put in a bottem end cam. Go with a larger carb, bore out your machine. You can raise your compression. If you raise your compression higher then 10 to 1 you will have to run race fuel. You can have your head ported run bigger valves. There is alot you can do.

I am also at a loss to understand why he is having probs with wheelies on a 400EX. Those things are wheelie machines!!
As far as more torque goes, you could always drop a tooth on the front sprocket (as was mentioned), or go to a 416, 425, or 440 kit. That'd wake it right up!!

ok as we all no hondas have very light noses they are "wheelie kings" u might work on ur aproch to wheeling if ur not agresive anough a good quad should stay on the ground but if u are realy haveing trouble try replacing ur cluthc plates and springs (wheelies are one of my favorit tricks it took me awhile to get it down but if u practice u should be able to do it)
