Default AM I ASKING TO MUCH.

I'm sure the quad is in good condition, but I would never want to buy a quad with all the extras on it. I would want one stock and upgrade it myself to make it my own. Maybe that's the way a lot of other people are too.

Default AM I ASKING TO MUCH.

Just for an example, I am selling a 02 Prairie right now that I bought in 03 and never used very much. It is also in GREAT Condition, Under 410 easy miles with just the normal scratches, 3000LBS Warn winch (roller fairlead) with wired remote and handle bar switch Like new (about 100 miles on them) 27 inch 589 tires, Black spring in clutch for better long term durability and power, Skid plates, aftermarket 2” rear receiver hitch, FACTORY extended warranty until 08/28/2007, handlebar bag, rear storage box, never rolled or crashed. Oil changed 3 times so far. The radiator had a small leak and was just replaced with a BRAND new one and I am only asking $4900.00

I did a lot of checking and that is what a NICE prairie sells for around here without a warranty and not as many add ons. The factory warranty is a BIG add on in these parts because people know they are not going to have to worry about a problem, and if there is on just take it too the dealer. As for the winch, tires, boxes, etc, I know I am going to lose a lot of there value but that is what happens when you sell used. Yes - it does suck!

You may want to take the winch, tires, etc off and sell them on Ebay, then just lower the price of the quad based on that. may help you get the most for the machine....

I just ran the price for here to try and help you out some. If I hit the one dealer here I can buy the 05 with GPS (OUT THE DOOR) for $6344.00 or $7860.85 (CND) (just ran it at TODAYS exchange rate). Now this is there NORMAL advertised price and they do sell the atv for that price with no other add on fee's except state tax if you have it. (Where I am that is about 325 us dollars). now remember this is a NEW 2005, NO miles and a factory warranty in YOUR choice of color.
Good luck

Anyway hope that gives you a good idea what you are dealing with.

Default AM I ASKING TO MUCH.

a brand new 05 rubicon here in BC Canada is $9,995 plus tax.
thats the sugested manufactures price.
i have seen them as low as $9700 but that was bare bones.
and thats befor tax.
so if you can get it for that price $7860.85 cdn out the door then you better buy two.
im not saying you cant .
but i am saying you cant get one around here for that price.
but thanks again.
i will go lower on my price but not that low.
i know i can get $9,000 for it because i was already offerd that and turned it down.
now if he came up another $500 i would probly have sold it to him.
i know that its the almost the same price as a new one but you get all the extras and dont have to pay tax unless you regester it.
ill sell it but it might take a bit of time to get the price i want.
but what ever.
like i said thanks again.

I hear ya there, i baby all my toys and i never get back what i put into them. especially when you put aftermarket parts on. The best thing to do is sell it bone stock.. Whenever i put on a aftermarket part i make sure it can be removed if i sell it. ( rear carrier, tank bags, rims tires whatever.) Or if buddy wants to buy it have one price with options one with none. (With exceptions with stuff that cant be removed of course)

mudblaster
I was wondering how long you were going to keep that rig since you got the kawi.

Honda reliability for alot of people is the selling factor.Including me.

I recently upgraded to a TP700 from a P650.

Good luck with the sale!!

I would of gave $6000 cash,LOL!!!

good deal,for me,hehehe!
