The problem is it won't start. A buddy of mine called tonight and asked me to come by tomorrow night and check a few things out. I need to know some tolerances from someone on here that has the Service Manual. Ring End Gap for one, max-min-avg compression for second. He can get fire, him and his cousin cleaned the carbs tonight to see if that was the problem. This four wheeler has been ran hard for the past 4-5 years, i mean hard. I am thinking maybe too much leak into the piston upper chamber and won't let the spark burn it out. Thanks for any help.
