Does any one have the specs on the XR400 cam? I'm going to put one in my 400EX but was curious about the specs.

I've also been wondering, how much bottom-end/midrange do you sacrifice for the increased top-end on this cam? And how much more top end is there?

If the XR400 cam is approximately the same grind as an all-around cam from WebCam or White Bros but the XR400 cam comes with auto compression release, do you have to take the auto compression release off the XR400 cam to use it in the 400EX? Both WebCam and WhiteBros. remove the compression release on their 400EX cams. I don't understand why they take it off.

We rebuilt the top end of a 99 400EX and found that the cam had the XR400 compression release on it. We ended up removing it because it made adjusting the valves difficult.

The duration controls were the power comes on and web came told me that it has a duration of 244and 240, lift is 350 and 345, that is the same as the white brothers track cam or the same power curve you have now but more lift
