I am going to adjust my valves this weekend and I am curious to know if anyone can give a disription on how to do it. My brother has a book for his trx300. Its the same motor but I just to see if anyone has anything different to say.

 

I believe it is .004". You have to remove the tank and take off the two valve caps (10mm socket)to get to them. If you are going to be doing maint on your bike you should get a manual so there is nothing left to question. You can get a Clymer manual at just about any shop for less than $20.00
