Default stolen quad :-(

one of my buddies bought his raptor last august. last night it was stolen from the back of his truck it was tied down and "attached" to the truck. is there any way to get his car insurance company to pay for it? i have heard that if people steal like radios and speakers that if they are attached to the vehicle, than they are covered. would this be true in his case?

Usually car insurance, if you have full coverage, will cover things stolen from you vehicle if the thieves had to break-in to the vehicle. I know my tools wouldn't be covered if stolen from the bed of my trcuk.

one of buddies has full coverage insurance and he said that if my 3-wheeler got stolen out of the back of it it would be covered. i don't know if it is true or not but that is what he told me

I would highly doubt it but the only way to know for sure is to call his insurance company. Often you need seperate insurance for a quad due to the value and that it is a vehicle. Sorry to hear about your friends bad luck, I had two stolen at once and it SUCKS!
Good luck
