I have a 200 400ex that i just rebuilt to a 440. Just before the rebuild second gear would basically disengage for an instant and go back into gear if you toped out second or put it under a large load. So while I had the engine apart i noticed that the shift fork for second was broken so i replaced all three of them. Now that i have it all back together it is 10X worse, if I give it any trottle in sucond it goes streight to nutral or first. If anyone has had this problem or knows what it could be please let me know.
