That's a pretty big spread in elev. It would no doubt run somewhat rich at 7000' but ok for casual riding but at 12000' very poorly if at all. I ride at 7000'in the summer & have to drop 3 sizes on my main jet for my Warrior to run clean. I'mn at 3200' elev at home. I think I would take alomg the next 3 leaner main jets & try the 2nd one first after you arrive.

If I were you, I'd jet for 8-9000 feet.
We made it to just over 13,000 feet with a stock 2000 400ex and 2000 Wolverine jetted for Oklahoma. I took the airbox lid off the 400ex and just let the clutch slip to build power when needed. Keep the engine revved as much as possbile on the climb up.
We had to take the airbox lid off the Warrior and Wolverine at about 10,000 feet. We wraped a zip tie around the air filter and through the airbox drain hole to keep the airfilter in place. That bought us enough power to get the warrior a few hundred feet higher. Past 11000 feet, the '87 Warrior wouldn't idle and would die if you lost RPMs. The Warrior didn't make it past about 11,500 feet. The Wolverine made it to the top but the last 1000 feet or so was at high RPM in first gear.
Keep in mind most trails are pretty steep near the top and going up hill drains the engines.
I posted some photos from our here:

P.S. You better take some warm clothes because it was windy and cold in June.
