I was wondering what you guys or girls think would be better for all around use. What would be best for mud, trails, water riding, pulling, speed, and hill climbing? I plan on getting a Rubicon after riding one for the first time this weekend. IT ROCKED.

Sounds like you have already made the choice and it seems to be a fine ATV, I had the 450ES and it did a fine job until I started using the Traxter, so you get the picture.
Dont start comparing with other ATV's, just smile at your own.
Good luck,

The only Traxter that I could find around here was $8500. I couldn't beleive it. Didn't even want to look at that point.

KingNuthin, Traxster. I'm bias because I already bought mine. See my post "Traxster Evaluation" from September. My brother likes Honda but I really don't think you'd could buy a bad bike in the last couple of years. Competition is tuff in the 500CC market so it's more personal choice. Just ride right, join blue ribbon, and vote.

The Traxter's have been selling in my area around $6200 or so with a 2000# Warn winch. I paid $6500 for mine last fall + the cost of the winch.
Maby I should have waited to buy one now but I am not sorry I didn't wait. I love my Traxter.
It's the best machine that I've had, seen, or ridden with. Including the Arctic Cat 500 auto, 400 auto, Kawasaki 400, Suzuki whatever.

Ok no one really answered my question. I wanted to know what would be best for mud, hills, rocks, trails, hills and stuff like that. Just give me your opinions on what you know about the 2 and tell me what you think would be best for what. Also all-around use?

The $8500 Traxter must've been the XT model, it comes with a big wheel kit, handguards, custom rims, and a winch.

If you want the best mudder, hands down, get a Sportsman 500 HO. The Traxter is the heaviest and most expensive quad built.
