Well soon-to-be buying a 400Ex as soon as my Blaster sells. Now when I get it I am going to be modding it up left and right.

Here go the questions.
The type of riding I do is: Trails, hill climbs, dunes (when I get a chance), rocky terrain, hard pack, just about every type really.

Mods I would like to do
Exhuast: Best pipe, price
Tires: Great traction, good looks, price (maybe rims as well.
Nerfs and handlebars:
Am thinking about the 440 kit in the near future.
Jet kits/Air filters

List best parts you have delt with and worst, prices if you could.

Thanks in advance.

Mods I would like to do
Exhuast: id say either big gun, or a white bros pipe.
Tires: the stock ohtsu's are suposedly th best for them.
nerfs and handlebars:?????? i dont know
about the 440 kit, it would be beter value to get the 410 kit i think it is, and u can fix that just as good as the 440, for less money, look around.
i couldnt advise u on filter or jets, i dont know.

01 400EX yellow On its way!

The stock tires suck major *****... Get some shreadders if you are ridding hard pack... Get some paddles for the sand riding you do... I like what i got..

Pipe: FMF Powercore IV-2 SA w/powerbomb header or
White Bros E-Series Pro Meg w/header
Handlebars and Bumper: Tag T2 (look like pro-taper)
AC Racing w/mudscreen
Tires: I would go with Razrs in the rear. 18" razors are coming out soon. They are great tires. Yes the stockers suck horribly. Two of my buds have stockes. Front tires i would go with the Nacs' Grooved MX Radials. Douglas .190 rims

Why don't you just get a Raptor, your hopped up EX still won't be able to get close to one, and you'll probably save some cash too.
