Default Poked another hole in the Tracker HP... (recon owners help!)

Yip.

I've searched and searched but can't find a 22x7-11 tires besides the replacement Tracker HP's. I'm sick of these 1-ply tires not holding up to anything, but can't find a replacement! Does anyone know of any other 22x7-11, I repeat, 11, for an 11 inch rim tires? I don't want to keep buying these Trackers, I need some 4-ply or something that can hold up. I'm sure out of all of you Recon owners out there someone has found a solution to this?

I don't know where you are looking but your tire choices are endless for that size just search out atv tires and take your pick

Show me. I have yet to find any. I've googled 22x7-11, etc.

I have (surprisingly) had great luck with the stock tires, but appearnetly you have not. I mean nasty rocks that you would think would shred any tire. I think you are going to have to spring for new rims if you want a broader selection of tire choices!

Exactly what I was thinking. Was contemplating teh 10x5 C-series or even Delta rims...just as long as they were 10's. The Deltas are pretty nice and are only $35, so a whole new front rim/tire combo would only cost $30 more than new OEM front tires...

I just want to know what mudgeek is on about

Those Delta rims are steel, and heavy like a brick! Your little Recon isn't exactly a powerhouse, so you want to stay as light as possible.

mudgeek, I have Gators in the back. The recon is 2 wheel drive. Why on earth would I want huge, grippy tires in the front?

reconranger, I agree. Maybe I should just save adn save until I have enough for the C-series...they are just so expensive. (To me at least, I'm sure that is a reasonable price for a cast aluminum wheel.

C-series are pretty fancy. Personally, I wouldn't dump a lot of money into an inexpensive bike like a Recon. Just some solid aluminum rims might do, if you can be careful enough not to destroy the lip.
