hes right the RUBICON has 5 gears in esp. The RINCON is the bike with only three gears in esp and no low range

 

they aren't actually 5 different gears per say (like a true manual tranny). They are 5 different programmed ratios. It's a great feature though because it works exactly like being in a specific gear and you have precise control of your rpm's, which obviously can maximize performance....especially when in sticky situations.
