Default Burned Fuse problem Fourtrax 2001 350

Hi

My Main Fuse 30A always burned. I was driving my ATV when suddently, no power.

I have checked all my wire, and i don't see short. Maybe a defective piece ?

thank you

This can be an easy or a tough one to figure out.
Does it keep blowing the fuse? Does it blow the fuse with the key off, or just when on?
It most likely is a connector which is wet, or a bare wire touching the frame, or a component. There are ways to track it down, but itll take a test light. And some basic electrical knowledge.

Default Blowed Fuse problem Fourtrax 2001 350

I think i have a clue.

When i disconnect the rectifier/regulator, my ATV is starting very well and my fuse doesn't blowed anymore.
When i reconenct the piece, my fuse blowed.

How can I test the rectifier/regulator. I want to be sure that it's the right defective peice before replace them.

Thanks.

Dude i totally have that same problem, but my starter button won't work, headlights and display won't come on either, and the fuse doesn't keep blowing.
