300ex plastic??
#2
Hey, nice too see a fellow MN rider. I raced up in Cambridge a few weeks ago.
I purchased OEM plastic for the front of my 300EX last winter. For the two front fenders and EX decals, it's going too run you $450 bucks. Not cheap, but the only way you are going to get nice new, good looking plastic.
BTW, I got it from Cannon Falls Honda Yamaha.

I would like to get new platic for my 300ex also but after market would seem the way to go? 450 seems really steep. Did you get the cut off fenders? I like the way those look but a lot of guys tell me the mud flinging off the tires is a pain...

I'm in the process of putting 400ex plastic on my 300ex. I know it can be done. I've gotta go pick it up today 10/19 at the honda dealer. the total cost with tax for front, rear, and full seat is $312.00!!! and no that is not a typo
I'll let you know how it comes out
