Default WARNING!!!

All of our Hondas were that way and had to adjust the idle. The sportrax is easy to get to. Sitting on the bike it is on the right side of the carb right dab in the center. As you turn the slotted screw in it raises the slide and the idle speed. Be careful not to adjust it too high or it will make the transmission hard to get out of reverse. The clutch wont release quiet as good if the idle is too high.

Default WARNING!!!

Just an FYI - The 250ex doesn't have an overheat warning light. It has a nuetral light and a reverse light.

Default WARNING!!!

I think the reason for there being an empty spot where a temp light could have been is that honda used the same dash for several quads, the recons are the same way with the empty spot there.

Default WARNING!!!

yeah, my uncles old 300 utility had the same dash as my 250 and it had one of those oil temp lights. You could probably order it from planet honda racing if you really wanted one.

Default WARNING!!!

You really couldn't just order the light itself. The 250ex motor probably doesn't have any temp sensors on it that you would need, and it's definitely nowhere in the harness to plug the temp light in.
