Default 2005 Rancher AT Reliability

Hi, I am new to the web, and I am looking to get a 2005 Rancher AT. I have read that there has been a couple of recalls dealing with the ECM and the clutches. I was wondering if anyone had the same problems with the 2005 model, or has Honda fixed this problem. Thank You

It's a Honda. Why are you questioning reliability?

IT'S A HONDA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've had a few and all have been bullet proof!!! I ride em very hard and all that went wrong was a stretched brake cable(04 rancher). I've had the old 300 filled up with water and had to ride it home drained water from top of motor got it running once home changed the oil like 4 time good as new. Had it for a few more years ran great.

and on the recall you'll have that at least they know of the problem and fix it

Its a good gurantee that its reliable, but the rancher AT is renown for being more gutless than alot of the other bikes, if your getting a good deal on it go for it, if not the new forman 500 is real nice (manual or electric shift) or the rubicon (more $$$ though).
