Default HELP NEEDED FOR A 1985 TRX 250

I am brand new to the sport and bought a 1985 honda trx 250. It is older but runs great. I replaced the battery and the starter and electrical worked great. Two days later, I don't have any electrical. The battery is fully charged but nothing works. I did find the fuse next to the battery and is was fine. I replaced it anyways.

Not sure where to go next. Are there other fuses to check? If so, where are they? I have ordered a manual, but I was told it won't be here for a week. Any suggestions or guidance is greatly appreciated.

1. No lights
2. No warning light
3. No reverse or nuetral light
4. No starter
5. Runs fine with kickstart.

THANKS!!!!!

try cleaning up the terminals to the battery and tightening the bolts to it. if that doesent work then try touching a screw driver against the battery post and cable and starting it or turning the key on and check for lights n stuff.

Get a test light and see where you have power and where you don't. Bad switch?

your ignition may be bad, or a bad ground wire. Nice to see there are still old 250's around. We used to have one when I was a kid. Put that thing through living hell and still ran like a top.
