What’s the deal with this clutch on the new 250ex? No stall? So how are you suppose to know if you are using it right? Can anyone please explain this system?

basically the difference is that when the engine rpm gets low enough the clutch plates will disengage and that will prevent you from stalling the ngine because it will allow the engine to spin freely again. i guess the problem is knowing if your using it right. hopefully my explaination makes sence so you

So basically at idle it has no effect but anything higher and it works like normal, meaning you have to use it for shifting but not for starting and stopping?

you CAN use it for everything to keep the rpms up and be faster, or you can use it like a semi-auto. but at idle yea the clutch disengages without the handclutch
