Do you mean fast or quick? Are you looking for top speed or accelaration? If you are looking for top speed then add a sprocket with a single tooth more than stock and possibly add a sprocket in the rear with 2 more teeth than stock. If you want acceleration then drop a tooth from stock and keep the rear sprocket the same or possibly up one tooth... I am not sure how much acceleration you want. But remember that more acceleration will cause a loss in top speed and vice versa. I guess it all depends on your riding area and terrain. This is probably the easiest way (and cheapest) to change your bike's speed.
If you are looking for more power then you could always add a K&N air filter, full system exhaust, jet the carb, and get a rev box if one is available for the 300EX. As for the cam, it should increase power through the entire range with most noticeable gains coming in the low and mid rpm range. The 330EX kit will also increase power but it will probably only provide 1-2mph top end (I am doubtful that it would give that much). Another thing to remember is that the gearing has everything to do with a bike's top speed. The gearing can only give a certain amount of speed, more power simply gets the bike there faster.
You probably won't be able to keep up with a 400EX or a Raptor (especially if it has many mods) unless you change your gearing. Top speed you will most definitely lose but if geared right you could probably stick with 'em.
