Default chain adjustment 86 fourtrax sx200

my boss gave me an old quad that he had sitting around at our shop today . and i took it home and got it running and rode around a bit on it and noticed a few problems.. one being that the chain is loose and clunks.. unfortunatly there is no owners manual with this so i have no idea how to tighten the chain.. any help would be greatly apprechaited.. thanks ! ?

well first of all there is 4 17mm bolts around the back of the axle. loosen those up i little bit, and the there should be 2 adjusters with 12mm nuts. just tighten the 2 bolts evenly until the chain is almost tight, dont get it too tight cause when you sit it on it makes alot of difference. and then just tighen up the 4 17mm bolts again.
