01 honda foreman es problem
#11
i tried to clutch adjust, i took the nut loose about two turns. and i used a flathead........it says turn til u feel resistant then turn back a fourth turn but it was already tight so i couldnt adjust it one way or the other without really giving it a hard turn so i left it alone. i ran it this afternoon and i had no problem. i even turned the lights on for a bit. I think im going to take it in tommorrow but what if it wont do it for them? I guess at least they can test the battery strength and the angle sensor ohms. Im puzzled. Maybe it just starts doing it when the honda heats up?

Id say you found the problem. The screw should be able to be turned with your fingers, ...it shouldnt be tight with the nut loose. Something inside could be rusted or seized or broke.
