Default Rancher progressive 512 series shocks

I was wondering if anyone put the progressive shocks on their rancher? How are they and are they longer like they say? I'm not looking for towing shocks but shocks that soak up the woops when you moving out. Thank you.

My buddy put Progressives on his old Honda 300, and I think they are terrible!

Personally, I will go with Works Performance if I ever do the shocks on my Ranchers. I have works on my 400's, and have loved them. Will put Elkas on the 450 however.

I put the works shocks on about 2 years ago and I had to send them back 3 times because they kept topping out. They never got them right so I got my money back. Progressive say their shocks are longer for more travel so I thought that sounded good.

My experience has been that new shocks seem to top out a lot, but don't a little later as everything breaks in and perhaps the spring sags a little.
