Took it again. My clutch exploded, so the rings are now the least of my concern. See my 300ex clutch explosion post for details. I'll seperate my horribly expensive issues into sepparate topics for your convienence.

 

Fixed the clutch. Im a retard. Stupid thing still smokes on the downshift, just finished cleaning it up, and now the smoke is officially the only thing wrong.

 

Did you try the WOT runs and such? If that didn't fix it just take it back to the dealer.

 

Yea. I pulled it pretty hard. Still smokes, according to my friend riding behind me on his 300. His smokes too, but it's because he got an HMF for it and a K&N filter and is running stock jetting. That makes sense. My case doesn't.
