2000 Rubicon gear select problem

I have a 2000 Rubicon that is not selecting a shift mode D1,D2,ESP.The digital screen blinks D1,D2,ESP. Any idea what the problem might be? Thanks In Advance.

2000 Rubicon gear select problem

I have pulled the code and it flashes 10 ,ECM fail-safe relay circuit. Is there a reset option ? Thanks Brad
