2005 Rancher 400AT

Phil there are a few things you can check. The first is to see if the steering stem was bent in the roll over. Jack up the front end and check for play in the tierods. Measure the tierod ends, from the lock nut to the end of the exposed threads. They should be equal on both sides meaning left inner should be equal to right inner etc.
Check the tow. Most ATV's have a slight tow in. You'll need a service manual to do this correctly and make any adjustments.

all the rancher 4x4's have the front tires toed out significantly, maybe a good inch or more and is definitly noticable to the naked eye. I've had a 2004 and a 2005, and they are both the same. In fact, I had to bring my front tires in because they were toed out TOO far.
As for one wheel being straight and one turned, that's normal, if you think about it, it makes perfect sense... If both tires are toed out (like normal) and the bars are straight ahead, then the left is pointing left slightly and the right is pointing right slightly. Turning the bars to the right, for example, will bring the left tire towards the right, and you'll hit a point where it is facing straight. The right tire which was pointed to the right to begin with, is now even more to the right than when you started, so you have one tire straight and one to the right. Same way for left, but the tires do the opposite.
This is most likely NOT because you rolled it. It's probably been that way from the FACTORY. You are just now noticing it becasue you rolled it and are checking it over for damage, whereas you never had a reason to look for stuff like this before.
