Wondering if there was any BS at all or if the price that is listed on their website was easily available with no hassles??

Also, what is owed to MO then (if anything) for purchasing it out of state?

Seems worth it on the surface but I wanted to post this first and ask around.....

No, I drove from SC to TN to buy mine at southern honda in Chattanooga, they are $500 under Abernathy's per unit. NO hassle at all, but they do push that 3 year extended warranty real hard - I declined.

I know several people that have went there and bought there quads. Only thing they all said was they will try and push some aftermarket parts on you while your there. Friend got his 400 EX there with a pipe $800 bucks cheaper than any where else quoted without the pipe. You might also try Holzhauer's in Illinois they seem to be priced very well also and would be closer for you. I talked to a guy named Rick Wilford there and he quoted me some prices on some left over 05's cheaper than abernathy's listed on web for theirs. Be worth a call anyway.

Good luck

4run4fun,

$500 cheaper than Abernathy's? Wow...I'd say that is probably about as good as it gets then.

bberck,

how does it affect anything that needs to be done in MO if bought out of state? (do we have to pay taxes or register it or something?)

You should not have to pay the taxes since it will be purchased out of state....but if you put a title on it you will have to make up the taxes from your state.

No sales tax if you live outside TN,

not sure what you may have to pay in MO, but I haven't paid **** here. In SC, no title=no tax

4run4fun,

I went to their site and their prices are cheap plus they have that blurp claiming that is the real deal and warning about dealers that play games. I will def give them a call as well. No '06's on their yet....or at least not on a ute I was looking at.

yfz450hornet,

We pay personal property tax on all vehicles, engines, motorcycles, atv's, boats......that we have and I wonder if I need to title it.....or have a special sticker or something. I did when I had my waverunner but that was for all boats. I def have to find out before making a trek to TN and because I would be riding a lot at a 2,000 acre ATV state park that is about 45 min from me.
