hey Tom, when you reply or create a post there is an button on top that says "http" with a chain icon image next to it. I had already uploaded some photos onto the web and when I clicked this button I just pasted the URL web address to where my photos were and it links to there now in the reply. My photos are on the TextATV Canada webpage in the members gallery. There might be somewhere in ATV Connection where you can do this as a member too. I bought an ATV winch (2500lb) from costco yesterday for 80$...has anyone installed one on these TRX350s? I'm also interested in a carb kit if you or Paul find one...

Sorry guys, I cant find any paperwork or email from the company I got the carb kit from. It was a company recommended to me by a poster in another ATV forum around August last year. It was either in Ontario or Quebec, and sold snowmobile, motorcycle parts mainly and some ATV things. Kit was $28 CDN and had everything needed for a rebuild including new jets, rod etc.

i'd love to show some pics of my machine, but do i have to become a member of myspace just to show pics? couldn't figure it out. anyways i have a pretty minty 1991 350D up here in manitoba canada. goes thru anything. fun machine but seems to spend a fair bit of time apart in the garage lately.

Just thought I would jump in this thread. I have 2 92 trx 350's. I also couldn't get the manual for 92- different story a couple of times. I got the earlier one and will check when I get home. I had some problems with carb also- check that the vent lines are not kinked. I am from the Kamloops area. Cam

 

after 10 minutes of running the machine acts as if it has a fuel delivery problem,it starts to sputter and stall.I removed the fuel tank and drained it.removed carb bowl it appeared clean,checked the plug which looked fine. After some time like 1/2 hour or so it will start fine and run for another 10 minutes. Any help would be much appreciated.

 

Since we are jumping in here...I am new to the forum. First post...If I am doing this wrong, someone give me a clue. I have a '00 TRX350FE Four Trax ES Ihave started to have some issues that sound familiar in these posts. There is a drain line that is attached to the bottom of the carb with a 1 way valve in it. Mine drains fuel constantly unless I shut off the fuel supply from the tank. What is the purpose of the line and does it just hang free, or should the other end be connected somewhere. I cannot figure out what the thing does!
