Default WARN 4 2 4

Does anyone have a problem with 4 2 4 slipping out of 2wd into 4wd and whats the solution

you mean, the handle wont stay locked in 2wd? I had some problems with that once. It turned out to be dirt in the handle assy. Just need to clean it out (careful not to loose the ball bearings) and adjust the free play (instructions in the kit)

yea, the best thing i have found to help prolong cleaning is, too put it back into 4x4 when done riding that way the ***** don't get jammed up in the handle,


honetly they need to redesign the handle, its a pretty good design only if the bike never see's dirt or dust, which is NEVER the case

I just use a little rust check on the handle periodically, this product lubricates and drives out any water. Mines always covered in crap and I've never had to take it apart...never causes any trouble.

so would this warn 4 2 4 be reliable if i do some pretty heavy mudding and just want to play around with the 2wd when im not in mud.
