Do not use the HMF. You can not hear your self think with a helmet on they are that loud. Put one on a Rincon jetted the carb ran like crap lost a lot of tork. Called HMF worked with them to no help pulled it off put the stock back on.

Harw is right, hmf run about 100dbs and 97dbs w/ a quiet core. I know you may be leaning towards the powerline but i would go w/ the supertrapp ids-2. Its a proven pipe thats not that expensive

Supertrapps dont take on mud b/c there tuning disc are enclosed, you are probably thinkin of the FMF MMII which has exposed tuning discs

This whole mud/ disk issue is getting blown out of proportion........I ran a CT Racing pipe on my 400ex while XC racing and never had issues w/ it plugging up. The exhaust blows it right off when a chunk hits the disks.

My first exhaust was the IDS-2 by supertrapp for my rancher, when I bought it almost 5 years ago it was the only one they made for the rancher at the time so I had no choice. A little over a year ago my friend tapped me in the rear and bent it up so I had the chance to do a little research on all the new models out there. So I went with the Procircuit T4, I found it had better power and a much better sound. Just remember all these after maket exhausts are loud and they stick out further than the stock ones so tell you friends to stay away. Also my quad has ben jetted and K&N filtered with both exhausts. I hope this info will help you with your search. Thank you.
