rejetting 450r....

Default rejetting 450r....

If i was to put an aftermarket exaust on my 450r, would i have to rejet it afterwards?

Most likely. If you didn't need a rejet, there would be no gain from the exhaust. All you would acomplish is maybe making the quad ridiculously loud.

Default rejetting 450r....

If your going to run with the airbox lid on ,,youd be about a 120 main

If your going to run with the airbox lid off or cut,,youd be about a 180 to 185 main

Needle will most likely stay the same(3rd position)

and the stock pilot should be good also,if you pop on decceleration bump to a 50 pilot

Jets only cost about $5 apiece from the dealer(dont buy a kit you'll end up with a bunch a crap you dont need)
and a main takes about 5 minutes to install
