Can a Warn 424 be mounted on the Rack (no drilling)

Default Can a Warn 424 be mounted on the Rack (no drilling)

I think the mounting bracket is only 2 1/4" bolts. hardly noticeable. Plus I would not remove mine when reselling. A few pics of my location below.

I would think mounted to a rack it would interfear with any loads up there. Actually under the rack is safer. But a ubolt and mounted under the rack should work out as mentioned.

Also, if its hard to engage, something is wrong.

Im not really sure.So it work if i bring it through the stock hole where the rack is becuase of the bend? I do plan on mounting under the rack closest to the speedo if at all possible. Please excuse my lack of knowledge as I am new to the scene.
