Default Foreman Front Tire Lean

On my 02 foreman, the front right tire/wheel has alot of play in it. Like i can take my foot and push on it etc, and jiggle the cv shaft assembly where it meets the knuckle. Already checked to see how tight it was and its as tight as it'll go. Do i just need a new bearing? Also how do i get the bearing out, just tap it out with a hammer basically?

yes, it sounds like the bearing went to pot. I wouldn't drive it at all, it could separate easily and you could get hurt. It also might need brake shoes if the wheel is cocked funny, it will wear the shoes funny.

I dont know how to install a bearing, i've never done it, but you might need a press. or a very accurate hammer.

After removing the knuckle from the machine, remove the seals from both sides. There is a circlip holding the bearing in, remove it also. Drive out the bearing, install the new one. Pack new seals w/ grease and install, then install the knuckle.

Bearings go in and out pretty easy w/ a decent bearing driver, a press would work good too. Put the new bearings in the freezer before you do anything else, they will almost drop in when installing. Having a good ball joint remover will help when removing the knuckle. The Honda special tool works good but is very expensive.

Well i'm pretty sure its the bearings, lol, i could scrap the ***** out with my finger, one huge clump of mud in there. Just need to get the knuckle off the control arms, gotta go get a ball joint fork for that i think.

Get some sealed bearings from High Lifter. They now sell a kit that comes with 2 bearings and all of the seals.
