No, not at all. You paid for it, do what you want with it!

Technically, the dealer is supposed to replace any missing warning labels when it comes into the dealer. I've never heard of any dealer actually do this though.

1988TRX250R you must have misread what his original post said he said that if he was to remove the warning labels could he get in troble.

There is no law to my knwledge prohibiting you from removing them, if there was then 2faroffroad would not be able to sell new labels.

there is no rule or law in the united states that ive heard of that can charge u for takin them off. its like cutting ur fenders, havin no lights, ext... u can do watever u want to it and nobody cares untill someone dies or somthin. then they start worryin bout that for bout half a year or so. then they get over it

there's no problem with removing them, older quads and aftermarket fenders don't even have them to begin with

The only problem that I can see, would be if someone else rode the atv and got badly hurt. They could claim that they weren't properly "warned" because the warning labels were removed. I know that this is a very remote possibility, but look at all of the frivolus lawsuits that there are nowdays...

Against the law? Not that I know of.

Should you remove them? That's up to you.
