My 2003 rancher 350 es has alot of camber on the left front. The top of the tire tilts inward. What causes this, and how can I fix it.

 

is it loose? meaning with the wheel off the ground, can you wobble the tire up and down? if so, it's probably a wheel bearing that went bad. if it's tight, you may have bent a control arm. i dont believe there is an adjustment for it.
