I would think that sand paddles would get ripped to shreds the first root or big rock that they went over while spinning. Just my opinion though.

One of my riding buddies has puresport realtor tires on his polaris sport. Ive never scene a tire get traction on a sport quad like his.

For added traction for climbing steep hills with ice he adds studs. Lets just says he makes 4x's look bad when they pull out a tow strap and ask him for assistants up an icy hill.LOL.

We've never came across snow over 3ft deep, and if its soft we usually dont have a problem riding through it, if its hard packed you better get a good running start.

I've got a set of puresports realtors on my 300ex and I think they work real well in the snow. Work great in the mud also. I even use them when I go up to Silver Lake sand dunes, I just turn them around backwards. I only go up there only 1-2 times a year and I dont really want to spend the money on a set of sand tires. My realtors have shown very little signs of wear also. They are a tad bit heavy though.

I've heard mudrunners are the best snowtires.

Mudsharks or Blackwaters, my friend has sharks on his 400ex and hasn't gotten stuck yet
