Im having a electrical problem on my raptor and i found out what it was. The stator just f*ck up . Just for fun,try to unplug the wire from the rectifier(electrical regulator)and see if you can start it cos me,when its unplug,it starts like a champ so just try it and if its that,you'll have to change the stator

 

Oh sorry didnt finish my sentence.....and when its plug in,it dosent work

 

I have 1 more test to run tomorrow, but i'm pretty sure one of my exiter coils is bad. If so i'll tear it down this weekend and get the parts ordered. Does anyone know of any aftermarket exiter coils or will I have to get them from Honda?

 

Found my problem. One of the exciter coils burned out. I took the stator assembly out and got one ordered today, i'll be back up and running by next weekend.
