Default Wheelie Shifting

Anyone have pointers on how to shift up through the gears while keepon ur wheelie goin. As soon as i pull the clutch in it drops so by the time im in to 3rd my fronts hit back down. If anyone can give me some pointers that would be awsome!

P.S
To anyone who thinks u cant wheelie shift, ive seen it done so i no its possible!

I quit wheelie shifting after i looped out on pavement if i want 4th i pull the wheelie in 4th gear

Default Wheelie Shifting

If your front end drops at third gear then I would say you have not found the balance point of the machine. If your wheelie is at the ideal balance point then you should have plenty of time to use the clutch to shift. I would recomend doing slow speed wheelies in 1st gear and get a feel for how high you can go before your on the grab bar. Practice using the throtle and rear brake and once you master that you'll be riding wheelies through all the gears.

Yep good info right there.

Also, once you find your balance point, and are ready to shift, get a little back on the balance point so the drop doesn't fall.

you definately gotta find the balance point first, With my blaster I pull it up in 4th and shift to 6th unless im in my yard ill pulll it up in 2en, make sure your in the powerband area of the RPMs

shift without the clutch it is the easiest way
