Now that the Rubicon is out with the automatic tranmission there has been some talk on the street that that honda may put the hondamatic in other models as well. There are so many rumors floating around with atv's lately I don't know whats true and what isn't. Has anyone else heard anything about this???

 

That would be interesting. A Rancher with the Rubicon type transmission. The transmission on the Rubicon is so smoooooooth & quiet.

 

Yeah, that would be great if they put the Hondamaitc tranny on the Rancher, however they shouldn't stop there. Honda could make a good machine even great by adding a sub tranny, High, Low, and the slick reverse setup instead of the button break setup up. They do this, and my wife will be getting my ES Rancher and I'll be getting one sweet 350. Just my thoughts!!!!

 

My local dealer and good friend says that he would bet anything that Honda will put a atomotic trany in a Rancher. If they do, he is saving the first one he gets for me. I cant wait to see what happens.

The Hondamatic tranny is THE best thing out there right now. Honda would be unstoppable if they were able to spread it across their line and keep prices in line. Make a Hondamatic Rancher with low range and their would be severe problems keeping up with demand.

 

if honda infact did make the 650EX and a hondamatic rancher along with there new 4 stroke motocrosser Honda would be very busy makeing machines
