Fair price for a rancher

I'm looking at a 2003 rancher 350 es with 2500 miles. What should I expect to pay?

according to KBB its only worth 2900 bucks. i just sold my 2002 rancher for 2700 and it had 25' dirth devils, heated grips and handguards. so 2500-3000 if youre lucky.
