anyone know of any problems i should know about this kindof a setup or the 440 in general, i know about them blowing head gaskets, but don't know how to solve the problem, and as far as an oil cooler waht is available if needed? thanks in advance

 

If it is 10.3:1, that engine will run for years. The only worriess would be the sleeve was installed wrong.
