sunk the foreman

sunk the foreman today not all the way under but up to the rear rack mud in airbox and oil went milk white.
what we've done so far:
clean airbox out, drain carb, run 2 things of diesel threw the motor and one oil change. still needs more oil changes though, still a little cloudy.
now it smokes white smoke i told them its just water burning off from inside the exhaust am i right or wrong? anything else to check besides the diffs we did that
it seems to be running great for what hell it went through today. and no matter how shallow it looks please be careful playing in sandy bottom creeks!!

if you hold your hand to the exhaust and rev the engine and your hand gets soaked with water then its vapor, but still one thing to do is shut-off the gas, stand it on its end and let it sit for 15 minutes or so . you may also crank it a little while its on its end. and on the underside of the exhuast pipe theres a small 10 or 12mm bolt that you can pull out while its tilted that will drain some trapped water out of the exhaust.
