Default HELP.....I wanna ride!

I am trying to get my 99 trx 250 recon running again! I have power off of my stator and pulse pick up but no spark....so i know it is either my cdi or my rectifier regulator...(i know that the coil is still good)......does anyone have a clue on how to test these two pieces and what the specs should be on them.....any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Ricky

Default HELP.....I wanna ride!

try a simple $2 spark plug, if thats not the problem then trace the wires from the stator or rectifier to the coil and unplug those wires stick a voltmeter in each wire while cranking the engine if you get a valid reading than the parts good otherwise it needs replaced or first make sure it has a good connection/ ground

Default HELP.....I wanna ride!

Id suspect the spark plug or the kill switch first. Those cdi s dont go bad very easily.
