I don't know if this will help, but in Kentucky I have 2 friends that bought Rubicons about 3 weeks apart. The first one paid 6500 plus tax, and the second paid 6400 plus tax.

Kibby

I'm the one Rick or exmxer said paid $6500. plus tax. Rick and I ride together and I guess he thought I had to pay tax but I didn't because I live on a small farm and could buy it tax exempt for farm use(got lucky). To be exact I gave $6499. out the door.

If you're thinking about buying a Rubicon you'll love it. I rode Suzuki for 12 years and changed over to the Rubicon about five weeks ago after riding Ricks Rancher and another friends Rubicon. The other person Rick is talking about rode my Rubicon then sold his '99 Gris. and bought a Rubicon also. Thay ride like a dream.

If you can't find a Ruby in PA for $6500, try ASK Powersports in Grove City, Ohio. That's what I got mine for.
As for what's sportier, definetly the Ruby. Mostly because of more suspension, and bigger and more powerful motor. When you hit a jump with a Ruby, you'll be suprised at how soft the landing is. Of course, work your way up to your level of comfort. Don't jump a heavy bike off of a major cliff your first time!

I'll have to agree with RubiconBob the Rubicon does have a better suspension and more power plus a real smooth automatic transmission but the Rancher is a fun machine to ride also.

The price my dealer is quoting me is $6999 + setup & freight & sales tax. I thought he would give me a deal after purchasing 3 quads from him.
