I have a 1986 honda 250r and a motor from a 2002 honda 929rr. I want to know if anyone here has done this sort of app and if so what are the main problems that you run into

A 929 will probably shake that little 250 frame apart.

I have seen two other machines recently at the Beaverdale Hillclimb. One was a 87 lt 500 with a R1 motor the other was a 91 banshee with an r6 motor both machines were awesome allthough the r6 seemed to be a little harder to ride due to the no power bottem end of a 600.The R1 powered machine jumped the breaker of the hill further than any dirtbike including the crazy custom kz750 and kz 900 powered machines(If you dont know thats a two stroke tripple!)
Both machines seemed crazy smooth it looked as if there was little vibration. Those motors are counterbalanced.
