Service Delays @ Beckley WV Honda

Service Delays @ Beckley WV Honda
I just took my two new Foremans in for their 50 hour service. the guys at the Honda shop are running about 10 days behind. Friends all tell me to go to another city and get the service work done same day. Everyone locally says Beckley WV Honda has had this problem for a long time, since last year at least. Is it typical for a Honda dealer to be this behind or is this a problem with a local dealer only.
