I'm considering purchasing a new cyclecounty plow for my rancher, my question is how difficult of an install is it? I am going for the manual lift handle since I don't have a winch, and apparently cycle countrys new setup is pretty simple, just looking for more info. For those that are interested you can buy the set up complete with push bar, mounting bracket, manual lift and 48" blade for $330, plus $30 delivery . . . it's as good of a price as I could find. Anyy thoughts would be welcome.

Just a thought (something I considered when I bought my Moose Plow), how wide is the path plowed when the 48" blade is angled to the left or right? I think my 60" blade cuts a 53" path when angled which is more than enough to clear both front tires on My AC 500. I would be afraid with the 48" you would be running over the snow you just pushed & spreading it back out again.

Like I said, just a thought.

I have a winch, so I'm not sure about the manual lift, but everything else used in hooking up my Moose Plow was very simple & very stout!
