I like the Perfex kit on my 04 Foreman. It's not magic, it just relocates the shock mounts inboard some for a little softer ride and a little more ground clearance. I don't work my bike, it's only used for recreation.

For the price, I wasn't expecting a miracle, I just wanted some help to get a smoother ride on rough trails. Between the Perfex kit and watching my air pressure closely, I think my Foreman is noticeably easier to ride on the bumpy stuff. I've had mine on for over a year and about 500 miles with no problems. The front mounts look kind of flimsy, but the system appears to be holding up fine.

I do think the instructions could have been a little better. I had never seen the kit before installing mine, and the rear suspension instructions were not very clear.

I'd say go for it. If you don't like the results, it's easy to pull it off and go back to stock.
